The staff at the Olde Harbour Inn made us feel as though we were members of their extended family, which made for a delightful vacation experience. They were among the nicest and most accommodating folks we met in all of our travels through the south this summer. I was on the committee that wrote the guest relations handbook for my company. Your staff not only met, but exceeded my (and my husband's) expectations! So kind, so accommodating, so willing to go above and beyond to make our stay one we will not soon forget. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing stay in beautiful Savannah. GA. You have southern hospitality down to a science!

I loved our stay at The Olde Harbour Inn, everyone on your staff was exceptional. They were friendly and also helpful in booking tours, suggesting wonderful places to eat and visit. I loved the decor of your rooms and the wonderful Klondike bars at the end of the night. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at OHI! It was our first time in Savannah and the OHI surpassed our expectations. We loved our balcony and view! The staff was sooo helpful and kind and friendly! Dominique was great and Hallie too. We know we'll be back and we are telling all our friends & family about our wonderful Inn. Thanks for a great 1st Wedding Anniversary!

Our visit was fantastic for start to finish. Hallie let us check in a little
early as we had just rode in on our motorcycles from St. Augustine. Kevin gave
us a tour of the breakfast and wine areas and escorted us to our room. In our 2
days Kevin offered many times if there were any thing he could do for us. We
forgot to check batteries in our camera and Wed morning needed to get them. We
asked Kevin and Kenny where we could get some and within 5 min. Kenny was back
with 4 AA batteries. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay and are looking
forward to our next stay. We will recommend the Olde Harbour Inn to everyone we
know for the perfect place to stay in Savannah. Thank You!

All of the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. It was especially nice of
Kevin to get us an umbrella when we were about to take off walking in the rain.
It was a lifesaver. Dominique was extremely helpful and we enjoyed talking with

It was my first visit to the Inn and My wife and I have to tell you we will be back in the near future. The Inn itself with its historical location and building is a masterpiece. And the River view is breathtaking at sundown. The staff was very friendly and cordial. All in all a magnificent experience.

Overall, our stay was exceptional. The property was exceptionally well-maintained and most inviting after a long day soaking up Savannah's history. Our Bellman was, perhaps, one of the best elements of our stay. We saw him frequently as he roamed the property and he was always extremely pleasant and willing to offer some friendly chat. Much of what we learned about the inn's history (and it's ghost) were from him. In a world where staff members are generally encouraged to be disconnected and robotic, his attitude was a much welcomed change. In my opinion, the philosophy with which you run your enterprize shines. We will most certainly be visiting again and will have the Old Harbour Inn (or another of your properties) at the top of our list.

We loved our stay. I believe the young man that served us the evening social wine & cheese as well as breakfast was named Dominique. He was so kind and helpful, yet reserved. We truly enjoyed chatting with him between his duties. He is an excellent find! The room was great. I wish the rain would have held off upon our arrival, but than getting a bit wet, things were great! All of the other customers were so interesting. We enjoyed socializing with them at breakfast and in the evening. It made for a better experience all around. Your coupons and free drinks at One-eyed Lizzy's were very helpful as well. We recently stayed at the Olde Harbour Inn and thoroughly enjoyed our experience!! It is a nice building giving you the feel of old Savannah on the river front. It is a great location to tour Savannah from! All staff were very helpful in making sure our needs were taken care of. They were friendly and welcoming as they followed up on any needs or requests. The Inn provides services to book tours and see Savannah. The breakfast was good and convenient, continental breakfast offerings with B&B style. They provided a nice cocktail hour where guests and staff both chat. The rooms are quite large and very amenable for making meals in the room if needed. Our dog stayed with us and it was comfortable and reasonably priced too for the pooch. We recommend it for others looking for a comfortable and festive stay, we would definitely go back!

I asked for the Princess Suite since it had two floors and two separate beds. My mother loved the hotel. When my father and sister called the first thing she mentioned was how nice the room was. The staff was excellent. The wine and cheese reception was great. Lots of good wine, cheese, crackers, and cookies. The breakfast was great as well. It really was one of the best times I have ever had at any of the many hotels I stayed at. From now on, when I stay in Savannah this will be the only hotel I will stay at.

I had to attend a conference at the Marriott, but since we wanted to brings our small dogs, we chose the Olde Harbour Inn. I had stayed there a number of years ago in the 90's, and on this trip was very pleasantly accommodated once again at the Olde Harbour Inn. The service was outstanding, the breakfast was most pleasing and tasty, and the location is ideal. My wife and I would like especially to commend Dominique and Kevin for their graciousness, efficiency and overall helpfulness to make our stay one of the best. great room, comfortable, quiet, great place to stay, walking distance to all important sites. Dominique the bellman, was particularly polite and informative. I had several choices on where we could of stayed, and the Olde Harbour Inn was kind of a random choice. I liked the fact that it was right across from the river and I liked the fact the building had so much character, I did not want to stay in a "stuffy" uptight hotel, I would come again, in fact, I know I will! :)

I sent my parents here for my mother's birthday weekend. I'm currently deployed to Afghanistan so it was almost impossible to get to a phone. I was able to reserve everything over the internet and e-mail which made this very painless. I talked to my parents after their trip and all I can say is thank-you Old Harbour Inn. My parents had a wonderful time and kept commenting on how helpful the staff was. I will definitely have to come and visit with my wife upon my return home.

Desk clerk on duty was very helpful with dinner accommodations and nearby scenic sites. She was on duty in the breakfast area the next morning and provided more help with sites and activities for us.

I travel to many places and the service at the Olde Harbour Inn was the finest I have ever received and I always stay at four and five stars. I have already told fifty people about my experience. All of the employees that I met at this facility function at a high level. I have owned two muti-million dollar catering services in the past and know quality service. I wrote about my experience in the guest book in room 302. One of your employees, in particular, should be put on a management track with your corporation. The young man would not go home before he saw to the guests every need. He was there cooking breakfast and serving the guests in the morning, worked all day, put out and served the wine and cheese and cleaned up at seven PM, then went and did the turn down service before he went home. He had the most endearing attitude and shining smile that I have ever seen. The pride that Dominique takes in his work is something found in yesteryear. I am now a supervisor of teachers in the eighth largest school district in America. I would love to have people with Dominique's work ethic work for me. Parking is at a premium and I needed to go someplace. When I came back that night, I found Dominique standing in an open space and he stepped aside and waved me in. I am sure he was protecting the space after he got off of work for any one of the guests at the Inn. He is the greatest asset to a corporation that I have seen. I took your cards and passed them out and spoke to fifty people already. Thank-you to all at the Olde Harbour Inn.

We found your property through the internet. When we arrived, we found it to be an absolutely charming, well-located property with lots of character. The location is fabulous since you can walk practically everywhere. The suites are very spacious and private. Since we like to travel with our pets (our babies), we loved the fact that your inn welcomes pets and so does the entire town. We arrived and were immediately greeted by "Dominique" outside while getting ready to check-in. I have to tell you, he is an absolute pleasure and an asset to your business. He made our stay absolutely perfect and really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and at home. We were there celebrating my Brother-in-law's birthday and Dominique set-up the reception room with the cake and balloon. We were so impressed with him. If I had a business in Savannah, I'd steal him from you.....:) ...

We had read the comments on line about the Inn, and were very please that the Inn was exactly like the great reviews people gave it. There were four ladies staying at the Inn and were treated royally!! The staff couldn't have been more kind or helpful, from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. They were respectful, courteous, well informed, and able to answer all of our queries -- even to giving us directions for driving to Beaufort and on to Charleston. Kudos to all the staff.

We had a lovely time at your inn! We did not attend the evening cordials portion, but really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was gorgeous and comfy. We enjoyed the daily weather report and the Klondike bars that Dominique brought each day - what a wonderful, quirky touch! Everyone was very pleasant to us during our stay, especially Dominique. He was so helpful and had such a great spirit about him - we hope he goes far in the hospitality field! We feel that the cost and quality of our stay at your inn was unbeatable. The Old Harbor Inn was awesome! We enjoyed our stay so much! We went to Savannah for our Honeymoon, and may I say that my wife and I had an absolute blast! My wife and I stayed here for the first night in Savannah on our honeymoon. The stay was excellent. The check-in was easy. The bellman was very helpful in directing us where we could park. He also gave us a small tour and dining ideas. The balcony in our room was great overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable and cozy in the loft area. In the morning everything was nicely prepared for our breakfast.

We had an amazing time at your hotel. Our time in Savannah was about relaxing and spending time with close friends. From the moment I checked-in the staff was graciously accommodating. We arrived early and to our surprise the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready. I also had the distinct pleasure of meeting the Colonel as we arrived. He continued, throughout our stay, to make sure we were taken care of and happy with all the accommodations. His service was exceptional. He is truly an asset to your hotel. On the last day, during our lovely breakfast, the Colonel shared a beautiful storey with us which brought tears of joy to our eyes. At that moment my friends and I realized how lucky we all were to have each other and our friendship. A special thanks to the Colonel for being a part of these memories which we will all cherish. We can't wait to return!

The colonial was very helpful and pleasant. our check-in at 11:pm at the inn on August 17th was with a very helpful young man, cannot remember his name because only met him once. He was waiting outside for us and made our late 3 hr. train trip a pleasant ending for the day. We enjoyed the ice cream/ weather courier service. Whenever we called the front desk for info, directions, etc. whoever was on staff had answers for us. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Really perfect setup for 2 friends traveling together. Comfortable, nice amenities, great view from the back bedroom of the river. Perfect location to walk to dinner, we did drive for shopping & to the beach & both were very simple with a good little map. I researched several options before choosing a place to stay and Olde Harbor Inn was by far the best choice!!! I saw the other places while we were taking the tour and I was so excited that I had chosen Olde Harbor. The location on the river was awesome and the accommodations were fabulous!!! Kenny was our bellman and he was excellent. I was driving my son's SUV and I'm used to driving a small Prius. He definitely went the extra mile in helping me find a large parking spot and staying with me, providing ground guide service until I was legally parked. He made us feel like we were at home in Savannah. We had good service before we even checked in. One of your housekeepers came out to assist us by giving directions to reach parking on the correct level to check in. Our primary housekeeper was excellent, again going beyond our normal expectations. We will definitely stay at your inn again.

Our room was beautiful and spacious. We really enjoyed the proximity to the river and shopping. The staff was friendly and gracious. We totally enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

We have many pictures of the river and passing ships to remember our stay with you. The staff went above and beyond to provide us with everything we asked for. What a wonderful few days we spent in Savannah. From our check in to check out, we were very impressed with the staff at the Olde Harbour Inn. My husband deploys to the desert this week and I wanted our annual visit to Savannah to be a memorable occasion for him. We always try to stay on the River Front and this time it was at the Olde Harbour Inn. When he returns, I definitely plan on reserving another room there. I'm sorry to say I don't remember names, but every individual we came upon was polite and oh so helpful. Of course Colonel made our last breakfast memorable, too. Thank you to all who were a part of our visit to Savannah. I've already recommended the Olde Harbour Inn to several of my friends and co-workers. They will not be disappointed!

We selected the Olde Harbour Inn because we wanted to be on the river and see the ship traffic. The rooms are wonderful, so large and comfortable. We met friends and were able to get together in our rooms very comfortably. Speaking of comfortable, the beds are wonderful. Chris was helpful and so nice to talk to and the Colonel was a delight at breakfast. They are big reason we will probably come back to stay.

The Olde Harbour Inn was awesome. The best part was the balcony and watching the huge ships go in and out. We found the room very adequate. The Klondike Bars were an extra special treat. We keep thinking about them, now that we are home. We chose Savannah to start looking for a new place to live and get out of the cold, snowy snow belt in Ohio. We have several other cities to check out, but they are being overruled by our visit to Savannah. We never dreamed Savannah would be so nice - the best kept secret in the South, and so much to see and do. Thank you to your staff for providing information. Amy, front desk, has really "stood out" amongst your staff. What an awesome lady -- friendly, knowledgeable, and very detailed oriented and very "customer oriented". Again, thank you!

Thank you for a wonderful experience! I don't remember who was on staff that night, but the front desk clerk was very nice and the bellhop was wonderful. The room was in very good condition and looked well kept, but the view was limited (I expected this though). The floor in the living area of the room above us squeaked anytime someone moved, which was annoying. We felt safe and conformable, which is always our number one priority. Thanks so much!
