A few simple guidelines
This is a pet-friendly property, and it is our responsibility to make sure every guest is comfortable when pets are in house. These guidelines keep everyone, two-legged and four, happy:
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $75 per night, with a maximum of two pets, on stays of one to four nights.
Reservations of five nights or more are charged a flat pet fee of $150 for the entire stay.
Pets must never be left unattended in your suite unless crated.
Please keep pets leashed in all public areas of the Inn and on Factors Walk.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on the property and around the neighborhood.
Please use the designated relief areas and dispose of waste properly.
A minimum $500 fee is charged for any pet-related damage, with additional costs applied for extensive damage.
Animals are not permitted in the dining space or in most common areas of the property.
Noise and disturbances
One noise complaint results in a courtesy call, giving the guest one hour to resolve the issue. A second complaint results in a notice that further disturbances may result in removal without a refund. Upon a third complaint, guests will be removed without a refund.
Pets in non-pet-friendly rooms
If a pet is found in a non-pet-friendly room, the guest will be moved to a pet-friendly room at the corresponding rate. If no pet-friendly rooms are available, a $250 fee will be charged for the stay in lieu of the standard pet fee.
